2. Heard, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. In view of the fact that, W.P.(MD)No.18721 of 2023 has been disposed of finally. Hence, the contempt petition has been preferred by the petitioner as against the interim order in the aforesaid Writ Petition will not arise.

4.In view of the same this Contempt Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
