ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records of FIR in Crime No. 193 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent No.1 Police Station and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.412 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above C.C. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
