ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action as against the respondents 3 to 9 and their henchmen, strictly in accordance with the direction of the Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of U.P., and others case, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 19.08.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2/4

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner as well as the rival group, two FIRs came to be registered and the investigation is pending and that subsequently, another complaint came to be given by the petitioner, CSR came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and that the petitioner has again given compliant and CSR.No.226 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 06.09.2024 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 3/4
