ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 120 days in filing the Appeal Suit in A.S.(MD)SR No.64326 of 2025 before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection to this petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve the copies of papers on the learned counsel for the respondent. 2/4

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
