This writ petition is filed for a mandamus forbearing the respondents 1,2 from measuring the property comprised in S.No.31/2B Situated at Kathakinaru Village, Madurai District at the instance of the 3rd respondent contrary to the order, dated 24.11.2022 made in W.P.No. 12016/2022.

2. The remedy available to the petitioner is only to file a contempt petition and not to file writ petition repeatedly.
