To call for the records and set aside the conviction and sentence passed in Spl.S.C.No.40 of 2019 dated 10.08.2022 by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Madurai. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.MOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.M.S.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

It is seen that earlier application for suspension of sentence was dismissed as withdrawn on 30.11.2022. Thereafter on 23.08.2023 this Court had directed the matter to be listed for final disposal in Crl.M.P(MD) NO.12161 of 2023 and typed set also made ready now.

2. In view of the earlier order passed on 23.08.2023 this petition stands dismissed.
