The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to write his 4th Semester Diploma in Civil Engineering Examinations commencing from 24.03.2015.

2. Pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner was permitted to write the examination and he has also completed the Course and had been awarded the Diploma. Therefore, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
