ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to regularize the petitioner's service as a full-time Vocational Instructor and consequently to disburse all monetary benefits, including retirement benefits till his retirement, by considering his representation dated 24.07.2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, by referring to the proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 05.01.2026 submits that the petitioner's representation for regularization has been rejected on the ground that the post is only a part-time Vocational Instructor.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. The respondents are directed to furnish a copy of the proceedings dated 05.01.2026 to the petitioner, enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
