PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the objection made by the petitioner on 12.03.2015 before making any registration in the property in Survey Nos. 116, 117 and 118/3 bearing Patta Nos.263 and 569 of Puthur Village, Oddanchatiram Taluk, Dindigul District.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the objection of the writ petitioner before registering any document in relation to a particular survey number.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, despite his objection, document has been registered in favour of the fourth and fifth respondents. Since already registration has taken place, the prayer in the present writ petition cannot be granted. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent civil Court, challenging the already registered document.

3. With the above said observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
