Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in STC No.157 of 2018 on the file the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Thoothukudi and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
