2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police. To forebear them from doing so, this criminal original petition has been filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that as many as three murder cases are pending against the petitioner. 4.When the petitioner has this kind of background, it will be most unsafe to pass any restraint order against the respondent police.
