ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant leave for one month to the petitioner's son Ganesan, PID No.24862, who is detained in Central Prison, Trichy, in pursuance of the judgment in S.C.No.123 of 2016 on the file of the learned Mahila Court(Additional Sessions Court), Pudukottai, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and the limited relief sought for in the writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 11.07.2025 strictly in accordance with

law and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
