ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Mandamus to the respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.07.2023.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner being a wife of the respondent No.3 has filed a complaint against the respondent No.3 and his family members, but the police have not taken any action. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand submits that the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.07.2023 is registered as CSR.No.282 of 2023 and an enquiry is being initiated and within short time, the police will complete the enquiry.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.07.2023 as expeditiously as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
