PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the learned Sessions Judge (Special court for SC/ST Act cases, PCR) Thanjavur, Thanjavur District to consider and dispose of the Bail application filed by the Petitioners in Crime No. 624 of 2022 dated 20.09.2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein on the same day of their surrender before the said Court.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Sessions Judge (Special court for SC/ST Act cases, PCR) Thanjavur, Thanjavur District to consider and dispose of the Bail application filed by the Petitioners in Crime No. 624 of 2022 dated 20.09.2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein on the same day of their surrender before the said Court.

2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that due to wordy quarrel, case has been registered.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that no one sustained injuries in the said occurrence. He would further submit that A1 is having one previous case and A2 is having two previous case.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioners are 2/4

directed to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge (Special court for SC/ST Act cases, PCR) Thanjavur, Thanjavur District within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order or 15 days from the date of uploading the order copy in the website of this Court . The Special Judge shall consider the bail application of the Petitioners and dispose of the same as per law.
