ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2023 and to provide adequate police protection.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioner has purchased the property in S.No.293/1A consisting of 4 acres and 95 cents from its original owners and when the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 6, who are strangers to the schedule of property, made an attempt to dispose the petitioner, the petitioner has filed O.S.No.17 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Muthukulathur seeking permanent injunction, which was ultimately decreed and even after that 2/5
the unofficial respondents Nos.4 to 6 are making an attempt to interfere with the schedule of property, thereby sought for suitable directions. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has not filed any complaint before the police directly and he has sent the representation to the higher officials, which was received by the respondent police and was registered as CSR.No.214 of 2023 dated 15.05.2023 and an enquiry is being initiated. During the course of enquiry, the police came to know that the unofficial respondent Nos.4 to 6, who are the defendants in O.S.No.17 of 2014, have preferred an appeal aggrieved by the decree and the same is stated to be pending. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) requested time to make an enquiry and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 01.06.2023. 4.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, the respondent police are directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.
