ORDER

The instant writ petition is seeking for a Mandamus forbearing the respondents from laying road through the petitioner's patta land in survey Nos. 310, 311/2B, Nathapatti Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents brought to the notice that no road is being laid in the petitioner's property and that there is no proposal to lay road over the petitioner's property and that the road has been laid only in the Government poromboke lands.

3.Recording the said submission, there is no further adjudication required to be made in the writ petition and this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.01.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No pnn 2/4
