ORDER

The petitioner / the defacto complainant has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent police to take action by registering a case based on the orders of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Srivilliputhur. 1/3

2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that as against the orders passed in CrM.P.No.147 of 2025 dated 23.06.2025, the proposed accused has filed a revision petition in CrlRC (MD)No.926 of 2025 and it is pending.

3.In view of the subsequent developments this court is not inclined to issue any direction as sought for. The petitioner has to workout his remedy by filing necessary application in CrlRC(MD)No.926 of 2025. 4.This petition is disposed of in the above terms. 05.08.2025 DSK To 1.The Inspector of Police, Srivilliputhur Town Police Station, Virudhunagar District.
