Though the respondent has been served and the name being printed in the cause list, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.

2. The petitioner has been facing threat from the respondent, if she enters Thirumangalam for attending the court hearing. It is submitted that the respondent is initially present in the locality.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and considering the fact that the petitioner has to travel 140 kilometers to attend the hearing in H.M.O.P.No.189 of 2022 the Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.189 of 2022 on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District to the Sub Court, Pudukkottai.

4. Accordingly, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
