ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2024 as a senior citizen.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that on the basis of the writ petitioner's complaints, CSR Nos.116 of 2022 and 403 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same were ordered to be closed. He would further submit that the writ petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation and on receipt of the same, the third respondent will consider the same. 2/4

3. Recording the same, the writ petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the third respondent and on receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the private respondents and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
