ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to pave cement road for the whole of Muthu Nagar based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2024.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that the respondents paved cement road in Muthu Nagar under the Pradhan Manthri Scheme only at the half way, not in entirety. Therefore, seeks direction of this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that road has been laid in some streets. Based on the allotment, in future the other streets will also be covered. This statement is recorded.
