ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 103, 126(2), 281, 351(3) of BNS, 1/3

2023, in Crime No.132 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioners and other accused are said to have waylaid the deceased and brutally attacked him with weapons and thereby, caused death. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the nature of the allegations that on account of previous enmity due to the fact that the deceased attacked A1 and his wife with reference to the same, a case is also being registered, accused Nos.1 to 4 tried to hit the deceased by moving a tractor on him while he was travelling in a two Wheeler and thereafter, inflicted 14 cut injuries and alco considering the fact that the investigation is in the initial stage, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
