When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the prayer that has been sought for has become infructuous. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that since the election has been conducted in the subsequent years and newly elected bodies are carrying on the affairs of the societies, no further adjudication is required to be made.

2. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
