This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to give suitable instruction to the 3rd respondent either to release balance loan amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in loan account No.631400004 or to grant fresh agriculture loan by renewing the existing CC.No.458 to the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2015.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that pending this writ petition, the petitioner has been paid the entire amount as claimed by him. Hence, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition.
3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
