The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 13.03.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.9777 of 2023. 2.According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Insurance Company, they have preferred an appeal in W.A.(MD)No.2067 of 2024 and the Hon'ble Division Bench was pleased to grant interim stay on 23.10.2024. 3.Considering the above said facts, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the contempt proceedings depending upon the outcome of the writ appeal.
