COMMON ORDER These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1863 days caused in filing the petition to set aside abatement caused due to the death of first respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of first respondent, to bring on the legal heirs of the deceased first respondent and to condone the delay of 531 days caused in filing the Civil Revision Petition.
2. The order passed by this Court, dated 12.02.2026 is complied with and hence, these petitions are allowed.
3.The Legal service authority is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as remuneration to the legal aid counsel viz., Ms.M. Jananipriya within a period of two weeks from today.
4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if it is otherwise in order and list the matter for admission on 18.02.2026 and also carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
