ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6910 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Hon'ble Court passed an order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6910 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025 and enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail by imposing certain conditions. He further submits that the order copy was made ready on 27.05.2025. After receiving the order copy , he suffered with severe scrotum pain and hence he was admitted in hospital, he is unable to produce surety before the concerned Court and unable to deposit the amount of Rs.1,80,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.152 of 2023 within the time stipulated by this Court. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.6910 of 2025 dated 25.04.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the 2/4

Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of fifteen days granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
