Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents. 2.The petitioner wants the petition mentioned service connection to be disconnected.
3.When the case was taken up for hearing on the last occasion, it was submitted that two connected writ petitions are also pending before this Court. But today, it is stated that the other two writ petitions filed by the objectors have been dismissed for non prosecution. W.P.(MD)No.4216 of 2015 the service connection. The petitioner has become very old. He is not able to conduct the agricultural operation. It is being misused by the other relatives. It is seen that there is an objection to the request made by the petitioner for disconnection. If any untoward happens, the petitioner may be faulted. That is why, the petitioner comes forward with this prayer. 4.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's request for disconnection after hearing the other interested persons. Such an order will be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
