This petition has been filed to withdraw the investigation in crime No. 174 of 2022 pending on the file of third respondent police and transfer the investigation to the fourth respondent police or entrust the investigation to any other competent authority.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet was filed on 21.05.2024 and the 2/4
same is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi.
3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
