ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the explanation given by the petitioner dated 25.06.2025 and consequently, to grant environmental clearance for the grant of lease of Rough Stone and Gravel Quarry. 2.On the earlier occasion, when the petitioner submitted the application for environmental clearance, the respondents pointed out certain defects. Now, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted the petitioner has re-submitted the application, after rectifying the defects. 3.Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's explanation on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
