Prayer in Crl.O.P (MD) No.9589 of 2024 :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the III Additional District Court for PCR Act Cases, Madurai to consider the bail application filed by the petitioner and pass order in the bail application filed by the petitioner on the same date of his surrender in Crime No.123 of 2024 on the file of the respondent No.2 in accordance with law. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. R.Manickaraja, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Government Pleader for the respondent No.1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the III Additional District Court for PCR Act Cases, Madurai, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9589 of 2024 dated 01.07.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Judge concerned and produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court. 2/4

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
