ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to take appropriate action based on the writ petitioner's representation / complaint dated 07.08.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court forthwith.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner and one Ramesh filed a civil suit and subsequently the writ petitioner alone has withdrawn from the suit, that thereafter the said Ramesh has been threatening the writ petitioner and that the writ petitioner has given a complaint before the third respondent and the same is pending for enquiry in current paper. 2/4

4. Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
