Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the third respondent in C.A.No.A2/1483/2015 dated 28.08.2018 and quash the same as illegal insofar as it relates to sending the petitioner for training along with the next batch of candidates of Sub-Inspector of Police is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to send him for training forthwith along with similarly placed left out candidates by considering his representation dated 04.10.2018.
