Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the third respondent O.Mu.No.300/A1/2015 dated 26.02.2015 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to grant sanction for conversion from Vocational Instructor(Weaving) to Vocational Instructor (Sewing) and consequently, direct the third respondent to approve the appointment of S.N.Bazeera Banu as Vocational Instructor (Sewing) made by the petitioner by considering the proposal sent by the petitioner dated 19.01.2015 with all consequential monetary benefits.

ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to grant sanction for conversion of Vocational Instructor Post(Weaving) as Vocational Instructor(Sewing) and consequently to direct the third respondent to approve the appointment of one S.N.Bazeera Banu as Vocational Instructor(Sewing) made by the writ petitioner. 2.The present writ petition is filed, based on the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of the High Court of Madras. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that against the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court, the State of Tamil Nadu preferred Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P(Civil) Diary No(s).30266/2019 and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, granted stay of operation of the judgment impugned. The said stay is in force.
4.In this view of the matter, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition cannot be granted and the case of the petitioner is to be considered, based on the order if any passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the authority concerned after the disposal of the Special Leave Petition.
5.With these observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
