ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to quash to the impugned FIR in Crime No; 328/2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today , learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent, after completing investigation, has filed final report, but the learned Magistrate, not satisfied with the final report, directed the first respondent to further investigate the case and to file the final report, at the earliest.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected the Miscellaneous petition is closed.
