ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection for the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and his properties, based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2018 within a time frame. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has represented that the petitioner died and prayed to grant liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to agitate the claim of the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and learned counsel appearing for the private respondents have no objections for the same.

4.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to agitate the claim of the petitioner. No costs.
