COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed seeking a direction to the I Additional District Munsif Court cum Rent Control Tribunal, Tirunelveli to dispose the cases in R.C.O.P.Nos.46 and 50 of 2016 within the time to be fixed by this Court.
2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondent in both petitions, notice to the respondent in both petitions is dispensed with. 3.The petitioners filed a case in R.C.O.P.Nos.46 and 50 of 2016 seeking a direction to the respondent in both petitions to pay fair rent to the buildings, which were rented out to the respondent by the petitioner herein. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent in both petitions are the tenants under the petitioner. The petitioner filed petitions before the Rent Controller seeking a direction to the respondent in both petitions to pay fair rent to the buildings rented out to the respondent and the said applications are pending from the year 2016 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit.

5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the case in R.C.O.P.Nos.46 and 50 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
