ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of IPC in Crime No.14 of 2023, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant invested a sum of Rs.22,40,000/- for selling the computer spares. Thereafter, petitioner and other accused cheated the defacto complainant and did not return the money, hence the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the fact that after the first complaint, subsequent complaints of many victims are pouring in and now, more than 2 Crores 40 Lakhs is said to have been cheated by this petitioner and her brother, this is not fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
