For Petitioners : Mr.G.Karnan For R1 to R3 : Mr.A.Baskaran Additional Government Pleader For R4 : No Appearance CO M M O N O R D E R The present Writ Petitions have been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from disturbing the possession and enjoyment with regard to a particular survey number considering the representation of the petitioners, dated 03.03.2015.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, all the three petitioners have filed individual civil suits as against the Revenue Authorities and decree for declaration of title and permanent injunction has been granted, in O.S.Nos.309 to 311 of 2013, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Thanjavur, on 29.10.2021. 3/5

3. Since the petitioners have got a decree from the civil Court, no further orders are required in the present Writ Petitions.
