(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of the order of this Court dated 06.09.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.24624 of 2018. 1/3

2.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, eviction notice has been issued to the third respondent under the provisions of the Land Encroachment Act. Challenging the said eviction notice, the third respondent has filed a civil suit in O.S.No.168 of 2025 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Manapparai and the same is pending. 3.Recording the above said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
