Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 14.07.2022 in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.6990 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD).No.391 of 2022. 2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition before the trial Court regularly.
