ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders,to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram in C.C.No.407 of 2019 to dispose of the case within stipulated time by this Court.

Since the petition is filed for early disposal of the case, issuance of notice to the respondent is not necessary. 3.The petitioner is facing trial in C.C.No.407 of 2019 for the alleged offence under Sections 6(2), 6(3) and 6(A) of Tamil Nadu Scheduled Commodities (RDCS) Order, 1982 and Section 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act 1955. He would further submit that the case is pending from the year 2019 and there is no progress.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the case stands posted to 26.09.2024 for trial.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the case is pending from 2019, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.407 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
