ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002,in Crime No.34 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2019 has been completed and the final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.203 of 2021 and also summon was issued to the petitioner for his appearance.

CRL OP(MD). No.17261 of 2022 3.The learned Magistrate, after taking the case on file, has only ordered for issuance of summons and hence, the question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner does not arise and the petitioner shall approach the concerned Court seeking appropriate remedy.
4.With the aforesaid liberty, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
