This Writ Petition has been challenging the impugned provisional allotment list published by the third respondent for MDS Course (Government Quota) 2021-2022 Session on 18.11.2021 and for a consequential direction to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to allot the petitioner a MDS seat in the fifth respondent College in Prosthodontics and Crown and Bridge Speciality. 2/4

2. Considering the nature of the relief that has been sought for in this Writ Petition, nothing survives in this Writ Petition, since it pertains to the selection for the MDS course for the year 2021-2022.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
