Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned paper publication in Daily Dhanthi dated 13.03.2015 with respect to the auction sale for the shops pursuant to resolution No.132 dated 31.12.2014 passed in Na.Ka.No.61/2015/A1 dated 12.03.2015 by Musiri Town Panchyat with regard to the auction of shops at Musiri Town new Bus Stand and to quash the same and further forbearing the respondents from evicting the petitioner from Shop No.5 till the lease period 2017-2018. The petitioner, who is an allottee of a shop at Musiri Town Bus Stand, has filed this Writ Petition as against the paper publication made on behalf of the respondent Panchayat calling for tenders for the shops for the allotment of shops at Musiri Bus stand and also for a consequential direction forbearing the respondent from evicting the petitioner from Shop No.5 till the lease period 2017-2018.

2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition in the year 2015 that he is entitled to continue the lease period upto 2017-2018 and has questioned the auction notification dated 12.03.2015. The relief sought for by the petitioner is upto the year 2017-2018 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication
