No.12357 of 2023, dated 31.07.2023.

2.After hearing the learned counsel on both sides only, the above said order has been passed. Even at the time of passing of the above said order, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests the Court to modify the condition of cost, on the ground that the petitioner also sustained injuries. But his request was rejected, considering the grievious injuries sustained by the defacto complainant. This petition has also been filed on the very same ground. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3.Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed. 4.Further it was submitted that in the above said order copy in paragraph No.10, the crime number is wrongly mentioned as 'Crime No.229 of 2003' instead of 'Crime No.229 of 2023'. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in this regard and issue fresh order copy to the parties. sd/- 23/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
