ORDER

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.221 of 2024. She has filed this petition seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent Police to conclude the investigation in Crime No.221 of 2024 and file the final report within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.221 of 2024 was completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.64 of 2025. He further submits that the case is posted on 24.09.2025 for appearance of the accused.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
