Prayer in C.R.P.(NPD)(MD)NO.482 of 2020:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. to pass an order allowing the above CRP by setting aside the order of dismissal for non-compliance in relation to payment of cost of Rs.500/- within the stipulated time by the Petitioners made in I.A.No.576 of 2018, dated 25.10.2019 and consequently order the suit bearing O.S.No.274 of 2014 on the file of the Learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, Tenkasi District, to be restored. 1/3

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S. Palanivelayutham, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. N. Ganagasapapathy, Advocate for the Respondents, this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed to extend the time of paying Rs.12,500/- in pursuance of the order of this Honourable High Court as made in CRP(NPD)(MD) No.482 of 2020 dated 13.03.2024 by depositing the same in the court below forthwith.

2.The petition is allowed on payment of extra cost of Rs.5,000/- and the time is extended till 04.02.2025."
