PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in connection with the Impugned notice issued by the 2nd Respondent dated 04.03.2015 by proceedings reference Na.Ka.No. 546/2012, quash the same and consequently forbearing the respondents in any way from sealing or locking the building or premises of the Petitioner's Institution. This writ petition is filed as against the proceedings issued by the Deputy Director of Town and Country Planning, Thanjavur directing the petitioner Institution to get approval from the Local Planning Authority for their buildings, which have been constructed after obtaining approval from the Local Panchayat. 2.Today(09.11.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs.
