This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.15 of 2021 on the file of the first Respondent police.

When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first Respondent would submit that the first Respondent had already completed the investigation and laid the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Theni and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.269 of 2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
