ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent police to provide adequate police protection based on the representation dated 03.07.2023. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is the owner and possessor of the petition mentioned property and the litigations between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.3 have already been settled. On the request of the petitioner, survey was conducted and survey stones were also fixed. However, the unofficial respondent No.3 has allegedly removed the stones and therefore, sought for suitable protection for fencing the land. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the respondent police have received the representation of the petitioner dated 03.07.2023 by registered post and they will conduct the enquiry and dispose of the same shortly. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent 2/4
police to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2023 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
